The evolution from the OTT Awards to the SportsPro Media Awards reflects the rapid transformation of the sports media landscape. As technology advances and fan consumption habits evolve, the boundaries between traditional and digital media continue to blur. Sports content is no longer confined to a single platform or format—it spans live broadcasts, social media, direct-to-consumer services, influencer-led content, and cutting-edge innovations in AI, personalization, and interactivity.
Entries open: 5th May, 2025
Early bird ends: 30th May, 2025
Entries close: 30th June, 2025
Deadline to submit: 25th July, 2025
Shortlist announced: 9th September, 2025
Winners announced: 18th November, 2025
Once you have paid for your entry, you are free to dip in and out of your submissions, saving your progress on the way.
If you’re stuck on deciding what category to choose, you can still pay for your entry and select your category later. As long you haven’t started filling in your application, we can then easily amend your chosen category. Just be mindful to give yourself enough time to submit by Friday 25th July.
Entry Statement word limit: 300 words
Word limit per question: 200 words
During our early bird period, entries are available at a special price of £195. After that, the price increases to £295.
