The evolution from the OTT Awards to the SportsPro Media Awards reflects the rapid transformation of the sports media landscape. As technology advances and fan consumption habits evolve, the boundaries between traditional and digital media continue to blur. Sports content is no longer confined to a single platform or format – it spans live broadcasts, social media, direct-to-consumer services, influencer-led content, and cutting-edge innovations in AI, personalisation, and interactivity.
Once you have paid for your entry, you are free to dip in and out of your submissions, saving your progress along the way.
If you’re stuck on deciding what category to choose, you can still pay for your entry and select your category later. As long you haven’t started filling in your application, we can then easily amend your chosen category.
Entry Statement word limit: 300 words
Word limit per question: 200 words
The eligibility period is from 00:01 (BST) 1st August 2025 – 23:59 (BST) 25th July 2026
Entries are open for global projects, they are not limited to the UK or Europe.
The SportsPro Media Awards evening will take place on Wednesday, 2nd December 2026, in Madrid.
